Today I am offering a rare book owned by Franz Bardon himself, with his ex-libris stamps!
It is legendary book Robert Henseling: Werden und Wesen der Astrologie (The Origin, Nature and Purpose of Astrology), printed 1924. The language of this book is German.
The book is very interesting and illustrated with beautiful pictures, mostly replicas of medieval and early modern astrological motifs. The book contains chapters such as The Nature and Sources of Astrology, Heaven and Earth in Modern Thought, The Action of the Stars, The Gods of the Stars of the Orient and Occident, Destiny, etc. The book looks very interesting.
The book is bound in the original publisher's full cloth binding made of green cloth with embossing. The boards show light signs of handling (the book is 100 years old) but give a nice and fresh impression. Inside, the book is clean and contains the ownership stamps of Franz Bardon. The book has 94 pages in 12° and several pictorial appendices on coated paper.
