Original Book from Library of Franz Bardon - Libra: Astrologie (1915)

Today I am offering a rare book owned by Franz Bardon himself, with his ex-libris stamps!

It is legendary book by C. Aq. Libra: Astrologie, ihre Technik und Ethik (Astrology, its techniques and ethics), printed 1915. The language of this book is German.

This book deals with astrology and its fundamentals – the elements (very important in Franz Bardon's teachings), planets, astrological houses, the position of the sun in the signs, etc. Libra's book was highly regarded among Czech hermeticists.

The book is bound in its original decorative cloth binding with a gilded horoscope motif and title on the front cover. The book is bound in dark blue cloth. The binding is covered with (later) plastic film to prevent wear and tear. The plastic is damaged in several places, but the cloth is in good condition.

The book is printed on high-quality cream paper, with occasional notes in the text, probably added later. Nevertheless, the book appears clean and the binding is solid and of high quality.

The book has 266 pages in 8° format.

I rate the overall condition of the book as 2.
